Color worked through the brow so the fine hairs at the edges read as part of the shape. Softer than makeup, and it does not come off on a towel.

Why a thread
No wax, no heat, no pulling at the skin.
Threading is one cotton thread, twisted and held taut, rolled along the skin so it catches each hair and lifts it out from the root. Nothing is heated and nothing is stuck to the skin, which is why it suits faces that go pink at the first sight of wax.
Because the thread takes a whole row of hairs in one pass, the line it leaves is a line rather than a series of gaps. The edge stays crisp for two to three weeks, and the regrowth comes in fine and even instead of blunt.
It is an old technique and a slow one to learn, and the whole skill of it is knowing which hairs to leave. That is the part that decides whether a brow looks drawn on or simply looks like yours.
